Checklist for Master of Science in Clinical Laboratory Sciences – Forensic/Analytic Toxicology Track
- Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science (medical technology), biology, chemistry, or other related discipline from an accredited institution in the United States. Applicants from foreign countries should have proof of an equivalent degree and training in a foreign country.
- Completed prerequisite courses
- Applicants whose native language is not English must score a minimum of 550 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) pencil and paper examination or at least 213 on the computer-based examination.
- Minimum undergraduate grade point average of 3.0 (on a 4.0 point scale)
- Graduate Record Examination minimum score of 1000 (combined Verbal and Quantitative); scores must not be older than 5 years
- Completed application (click here for the Texas Common Application).
- Two reference forms.
