You will need to have all prerequisites completed by the end of the summer semester prior to entry into the program, with a minimum of a 2.5 GPA (grade point average calculated over all courses taken).
- Completion of all prerequisite courses with a grade of “C” or better. Click here for a list of prerequisites.
- You will need to have sophomore standing or higher at the time of application.
- Completed application (click here for the Texas Common Application).
- Submit the $45.00 application fee: may be paid by credit card (MasterCard or Visa), check, or money order (payable to UTHSCSA). IMPORTANT: Include your application ID on your check or money order. Applications will not be processed without the non-refundable application fee. Fee waiver requests are not accepted.
Request official transcripts be sent directly from every college attended to the address above. If official transcripts are sent to you, you may send to the address above as long as the seal is not broken.
Send TOEFL score if applicable (for foreign applicants only) to the address above.
