• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program recognized by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) within the United States and Canada
• 2.5 cumulative GPA  (minimum)
• 2.5  dental hygiene GPA  (minimum)
• Completion of 42 hours of Texas Core Curriculum if receiving your first baccalaureate degree
• Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - International applicants only: minimum scores560 (paper), 220 (computer-based), 68 (Internet-based)
